Who we are
Clear My Record helps people across the United States pursue expungement, record sealing, set-asides, and rights restoration by providing information and coordinating with state-licensed attorneys. Clear My Record is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Use of the Services does not create an attorney–client relationship. An attorney–client relationship is formed only through a separate, signed engagement agreement with a licensed attorney.

Content on this site, including our eligibility questionnaires and results, is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney. Eligibility results are estimates based on the information you provide and do not guarantee any particular outcome. Laws vary by state and change over time.
Your account
