The fee for standard service to have ClearMyRecord.com provide expungement assistance services and to contact the over 300 criminal records databases is $400 per state in which expungement services are requested. This flat fee does not change, even if there are multiple charges in a single state.

Rapid processing is also available for an additional $250 per state.

Cases typically require a Records Retrieval fee of $36 and is charged by the State or municipality to release a copy of your records.
